These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GéréeMaison's property management software platform, websites, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
Service Access and Account Management
Access to GéréeMaison requires account registration. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
Subscription and Payment Terms
Access to GéréeMaison requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on either a monthly or annual basis, as selected during signup. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. You agree to provide authorized payment methods and maintain sufficient funds to cover subscription costs. We may suspend or terminate service for failed payments or payment method disputes.
Privacy and Data Security
We take the security of your data seriously. All user data is encrypted and stored securely following industry standards. While we implement comprehensive security measures, no system is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. We will not sell or share your data with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law. Acceptable Use and Content Guidelines
Users agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes related to property management. You may not use the Service to engage in illegal activities, violate others' rights, or distribute malicious content. You are responsible for all content you submit through the Service and must have the necessary rights to share such content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we determine to be inappropriate.
Service Availability and Support
We strive to maintain consistent service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Routine maintenance may occasionally impact service availability, and we will provide advance notice when possible. Technical support is included with all subscriptions, with response times varying by subscription level. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Service, including all related software, designs, and content created by GéréeMaison, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose. You retain all rights to content you submit through the Service, but grant us permission to use such content as necessary to provide and improve the Service.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Property Management Specific Provisions
Users must have legal authority to manage any properties listed on the Service. We do not verify property ownership claims and are not responsible for disputes between property owners, managers, or tenants. While we facilitate communication and payment processing between parties, we are not responsible for payment disputes or the outcome of property-related transactions.
Changes to Service and Terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service following such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must discontinue use of the Service.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by Côte d'Ivoire law. Any disputes related to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Côte d'Ivoire. Users waive any right to a jury trial in disputes relating to these Terms or the Service.
